Please note the deadline for Neighbour comments has now been extended to Wednesday the 3rd December 2025.

Resident Comment Date amendments: The date on the residents letters and Planning Portal was the 5th November. This was extended to the 19th of November following the late posting of the site notices and the requirement for 21 days notice to be given. This has now been extended further to the 3rd of December as the notices placed in the printed press were submitted late.

This planning application has been called in by a Stafford Borough Councillor, which means it cannot be decided by just the planning officer and must be considered by the Planning Committee. This will be a public meeting to debate and decide on the application. The Parish Council will advise residents once we know the date.
