Resources & Personnel Committee members are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Resources and Personnel Committee to be held on 29th April 2025 at 7.30pm in the Parish Office.

AGENDA

1. Public Open Forum – 5 minutes max
2. To elect a chair for the meeting
3. To receive apologies and record absences
4. To record any declarations of interest
5. To receive and confirm the minutes of last meeting held on 21st January 2025
6. To consider any matters arising not elsewhere on the agenda
7. To receive the accounts at the end of the fourth quarter (end of year 2024/25)
8. To discuss insurance renewal
9. report on any funding applications
10. consider any requests for donations
11. To discuss Finance Officer position
12. To consider any Policy or Risk Assessments
13. To agree the date and time of the next meeting

which could be slanderous. While the council and its officers 
may be filmed or recorded, that does not apply to filming or 
recording members of the public as their permission must be 
sought first. Any filming or recording must not be disruptive

parishioners and visitors to the parish, that may be adversely 
affected its assets, actions or inactions. The control of 
such risks are the responsibility of all Gnosall Parish 
Councillors and Gnosall Parish Council staff.
