PUBLIC MEETING – LAND AT KNIGHTLEY, 20TH JULY 2026
Gnosall Parish Council will be holding a Public meeting on Monday 20th July at 7.00pm to share details and discuss the housing application for Knightley Road, which has finally been published.

The Parish Council supports this application and has been working with the developer and residents since December 2024 to bring it forward.

Outline planning application for the construction of up to 80 dwellings, including access, landscaping, sustainable drainage and associated infrastructure. All matters are reserved except for primary vehicular access from Knightley Road
The closure date for responses was Friday 24th July, but we asked for an extension of time as it was difficult to meet any earlier due to the demands of GFest.
The new closure date is 31st July so you will have plenty of time to take part in the Public Meeting and ask questions.
