Notice regarding the planning application for the proposed development of 90 dwellings at the Horseshoe, Audmore.

Land at The Horseshoe, Audmore.
We became aware that the planning application for this site (25/41043/OUT) was validated on 24th September and details came to Parish on 1st October. It will be considered at the Planning Committee this Thursday, along with several other applications. We shall hold a Public Meeting because this is a large application (90 homes.)
Unfortunately, the application as yet contains no dates for neighbour comments and no letters have yet been sent out to neighbours, which makes planning for somewhat difficult. We have enquired about this and will continue to chase, requesting an extension of time if that is necessary.
Once we have dates, we shall arrange a Public Meeting to share details and allow discussion. As you can imagine, this takes quite a bit of organising, so bear with us and watch this space.
